Cumberland Bay, New Brunwsick, Canada
Located in Queens County, New Brunswick, Canada, Pioneer Lodge & Log Cabins is located about an hour from the major cities of Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John. It has become a highly sought-after destination for hunters and anglers, as well as couples and families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
There are four log cabins that are available for rent. Each cabin is fully equipped for everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
Three of the cabins have two rooms: enter into the living area with a wood burning fireplace for those cozy nights, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. The second room has two queen sized beds and a full bathroom.
The fourth cabin is a smaller version, with one queen sized bed, cooking essentials, an electric fireplace, smart TV, full bathroom, and a deck with a private BBQ.
Cool off by the pool during those hot New Brunswick summers!
Inside the Lodge you can curl up with a book in front of our large fire place, or enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. There is also a pool table, as well as books, DVDs and board games for those rainy days.
Meals from our restaurant are served here as well.
Reservations are required with 24 hours notice. We do a three course sit down meal of either: fajita stuffed chicken breast/baked chicken parm/beef roll up/pork tenderloin with pasta in a creamy garlic sauce. All of these dishes are served with a starter salad and dessert. All members of your party must agree on one of the options. The cost for this is $29.99 per person plus tax. In addition we do a breakfast, which is $13.99 per person plus tax and includes pancakes, eggs and bacon.
Restaurant is opened to the public for groups of six or more, and for any party size if staying in the cabins.
We also offer a turkey dinner for groups of 10 or more.
While you enjoy your stay at Pioneer Lodge & Log Cabins, you can connect with nature while walking on our well maintained trails of a variety of distances.
In the winter, bring your snowshoes to explore the trails around the Lodge. We also rent snowshoes for $10/day.
For those ATV and Snowmobile enthusiasts, there is a large network of trails just off the property. The Groomed snowmobile trail now comes directly to the Lodge!
